Rotating machinery condition monitoring system was formed by wireless monitoring device, Wireless data transmission controller and supervisory main. Key equipment description is followed:
Wireless vibration temperature transmitter:Mainly responsible for vibration and temperature signal collection. Include one dimensional, three-dimensional high precision acceleration sensor, temperature transmitter, lithium cell, AD collection module, wireless transceiver module and embedded master chip.
2.Wireless vibration sensor node
Wireless data transmission controller: mainly responsible for monitoring data between the host and the wireless monitoring device to upload and release.
3.Wireless data transmission controller
Supervisory main: Mainly responsible for vibration parameters calculation, real-time data display, trend data display, provide historical data management and automatic report function,simultaneously alarm when abnormal or excessive vibration.

Installation instructions
Installation instructions:Mounted on vertical column or directly mounted on plane by hoop or bolt, installation height should be as high as possible.
Connection description: connect by 3.2.
Indicator light:when the power light is bright and the power supply is normal, the status light is on the communication between the instrument and the lower computer.

Light state:
1) Function test of power indicator:When the controller is connected to the power supply, power lights have been shown in the green.
2) Function test of connection indicator:When the controller is connected to the power supply and switchboard, the connecting lamp has been shown green.
3) Function test of communication indicator:When the controller and the lower machine have information transmission, communication indicator bright; after finished light extinguish.
4) Function test of status indicator:
a) When software sends commands to the instrument or instrument upload data, status indicator bright;
b) When the instrument and monitor have information transmission, status indicator bright,after finished light extinguish.
