MJ-VR420 Dual channelaxial vibration monitor, with DSP system installed, is a precision intelligent measurement and control instrument, widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical and other departments. Through the magnetic-electric sensor the instrument can continuously monitor and measure the peak-peak value for the vibration of the steam turbine, wind turbine and other rotating machine. With alarm and shutdown control signal output, equipped with current output and RS485 interface, it can connect with computers and other devices and synchronize with PLC equipments. The Monitor uses an 80 × 160 (mm) common chassis, LED digital display, PVC color mask and light touch keys, it has a European standard resolution of 128*64 on the display with beautiful appearance, novel style, reasonable structure, simple installation, stable performance and reliable quality.

1. Kurze Einleitung

MJ-VR420 Dual channelaxial vibration monitor, with DSP system installed, is a precision intelligent measurement and control instrument, widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical and other departments. Through the magnetic-electric sensor the instrument can continuously monitor and measure the peak-peak value for the vibration of the steam turbine, wind turbine and other rotating machine. With alarm and shutdown control signal output, equipped with current output and RS485 interface, it can connect with computers and other devices and synchronize with PLC equipments. 2. Hauptfunktionen

1.1 Es hat zwei Kanäle, jeder Kanal kann die Schwingungsamplitude messen und anzeigen.

1.2 Es verfügt über 4 Zweikanal-Schaltsteuerung der Signale. Bei Verwendung eines Miniatur-Hochleistungsrelais beträgt die maximale Schaltspannung 440 VAC / 125 VDC, der maximale Schaltstrom 16 A, die maximale Schaltleistung 4000 VA und der mechanische Druckwiderstand 10 Millionen Mal. Durch die Einstellung des unteren Grenzalarmwerts, die Einstellung des oberen Grenzalarmwerts, die Einstellung der Alarmverzögerung und die Einstellung des unteren Grenzgefahrwerts, die Einstellung des oberen Grenzgefahrwerts, die Einstellung der Gefahrenverzögerung, relevante Aktion, wenn die Schwingungsamplitude einen voreingestellten Wert erreicht tritt der Relaisschalter in den Betriebszustand ein.

1.3 Multifunction digital keyboard. 1.4 Dual 4 ~ 20mA isolation high precision current transmission output, with high precision voltage reference inside, 18 digits precision voltage drive chip, high precision and low drift operational amplifier, guarantee the accuracy of the output reach 0.01%. By the main range lower limit setting and main range upper limit setting of the menu item, divide it into the corresponding current interval of 4 ~ 20mA accurately, so that improves the accuracy of output signal. Calibrate the lower limit and upper limit of current loop by current meter, then demarcate the linearity of 4 ~ 20mA more accurate.

1.5 Das Gerät verfügt über eine Hauptbereichsanzeige, eine Prozentanzeige, eine Balkendiagrammanzeige und eine Sendestromanzeige. Für Kunden ist es bequemer, schneller und genauer, die Kalibrierung in der Site-Anwendung durchzuführen.
