MJ-VR430 Dual-channel shell vibration monitor

MJ-VR430 Dual-channel shell vibration monitor DSP system installed, is a precision intelligent measurement and control instrument, widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical and other departments. Through the magnetic-electric sensor the instrument can continuously monitor and measure the peak-peak value for the vibration of the steam turbine, wind turbine and other rotating machine. With alarm and shutdown control signal output, equipped with current output and RS485 interface, it can connect with computers and other devices and synchronize with PLC equipments. The Monitor uses an 80 × 160 (mm) common chassis, LED digital display, PVC color mask and light touch keys, it has a European standard resolution of 128*64 on the display with beautiful appearance, novel style, reasonable structure, simple installation, stable performance and reliable quality.

With alarm and shutdown control signal output, equipped with current output and RS485 interface, it can connect with computers and other devices and synchronize with PLC equipments. 1. Main Functions

1.1 it has two channels, each channel can measure and display the vibration amplitude.

1.2 It has 4 dual channel switching control the signals. Using a miniature high-power relay, the maximum switch voltage is 440VAC / 125VDC, the maximum switch current is 16A, the maximum switch power is 4000VA, mechanical pressure resistance is 10million times. Through the lower limit alarm value setting, the upper limit alarm value setting, the alarm delay setting and the lower limit danger value setting, the upper limit danger value setting, the danger delay setting, relevant action, when the vibration amplitude reaches a preset value, the relay switch enter into working state.

1.3 Dual 4 ~ 20mA isolation high precision current transmission output, with high precision voltage reference inside, 18 digits precision voltage drive chip, high precision and low drift

operational amplifier, guarantee the accuracy of the output reach 0.01%. By the main range lower limit setting and main range upper limit setting of the menu item, divide it into the corresponding

current interval of 4 ~ 20mA accurately, so that improves the accuracy of output signal. Calibrate the lower limit and upper limit of current loop by current meter, then demarcate the linearity of 4 ~ 20mA more accurate.

1.4 The device has main range display, percentage display, bar graph display, transmission current display. It is more convenient, fast and accurate for customers to do calibration in the site application.

2.1 Signal Input: YD9200 Vibration speed Sensor/YD30 acceleration sensor/YD33 Piezoelectric velocity sensor/BN330500

2.2 Range of measurement: Range 0~200μm*, 0~300μm, 0~500μm,0~1000μm(p-p)

according to users' needs to determine the range, "*" is the default range

3.Operating Instructions:

1.Schalten Sie die Stromversorgung ein:

Bitte schließen Sie das Anzeigegerät an die Stromversorgung an, bevor Sie es verwenden. Das System wird nach 5 Sekunden in Betrieb genommen und das Display in Abbildung 3 dargestellt:

2. Parametereinstellungen:

①Tippen Sie auf die Schaltfläche "SET" und geben Sie die Bedienoberfläche für die Passworteingabe ein, siehe Abbildung 4

Systemkennwort :6808

Wenn Sie das Passwort eingegeben haben, drücken Sie die Taste "OK". Wenn das Passwort korrekt ist, können Sie die in Abbildung 5 gezeigte Parametereinstellungsoberfläche aufrufen:

Der weiße Bereich zeigt den Anfangswert jedes Parameters an. Berühren Sie den weißen Bereich. Sie können das Element auswählen, für das Sie die Parameter einstellen möchten, und dann die Schnittstelle für den Parametereinstellungswert aufrufen (siehe Abbildung 6).

parameters need to be modified, repeat the previous operation, modify the relevant parameters.Please remember to touch “Save”(in the top right of the screen) in Figure 5, then the parameters are modified.

Nach dem Drücken von "Speichern" speichert das System den neuen Wert und kehrt zum Arbeitsstatus zurück.

4. MJ-VR430 Vibration Monitor plate connection

1)ⅠLine

Signal input -: come port,connect with YD9200 Vibration Sensor or YD30 accelerometer.

Signal input +:Signaleingang,connect with YD9200 Vibration Sensor or YD30 accelerometer.

Current -: 4~20mA Current output negative terminal, connect with come port, external load≤500Ω.

Current +:4~20mA Current output positive terminal,external load ≤500Ω.

AlarmⅠ:Relay output, open circuit between two normal points, mesns resistance is infinite,AlarmⅠ brighten,relay closed,zero resistance between two points.

AlarmⅡ:Relay output, open circuit between two normal points, mesns resistance is infinite,AlarmⅡ brighten,relay closed,zero resistance between two points.

2)Ⅱ Line

Signal input -:come port,connect with Vibration Sensor.

Signal input +:Signaleingang,connect with Vibration Sensor.

Current -:4~20mA Current output negative terminal, connect with come port, external load≤500Ω.

Current +:4~20mA Current output positive terminal,external load ≤500Ω.

AlarmⅠ:Relay output, open circuit between two normal points, mesns resistance is infinite,AlarmⅠ brighten,relay closed,zero resistance between two points.

AlarmⅡ:Relay output, open circuit between two normal points, mesns resistance is infinite,AlarmⅡ brighten,relay closed,zero resistance between two points.

AC220V:Alternating current 220V

:GND(G),connect with ground,never be able to connect with come port.

Vibration speed sensor installation:

Installation site:Horizontal or vertical mounted on the measured vibration points,fixed sensor with M10 * 1.5 screws.

Installationsvoraussetzungen:Need to install the lateral file board protection sensor.

According the color of the line to distinguish the positive and negative pole (red line is positive pole,the blue one is negative pole) .

5.Remark

Guarantee system is not in the state of alarm, when set interface.

M4 screws used to fix the sensor.

Product warranty for 1 year, lifelong maintenance.
